Plymouth County is pleased to announce Phases I, II, III, IV, V, VI, & VII of the Plymouth County CARES Program which will provide much needed support to local communities impacted by the current public health emergency related to COVID-19.  Plymouth County received approximately $90 million pursuant to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (“CARES”) Act, money designated specifically for state and local governments to be expended for allowable purposes related to COVID-19.  These funds are available through an application process designed to allow cities and towns within Plymouth County to apply for reimbursement for necessary Coronavirus-related expenditures that meet the CARES Act requirements in a manner consistent with federal guidelines.

In order to establish eligibility for funding, Plymouth County cities and towns must complete the Application, Agreement, and all required Certifications, and submit these documents along with relevant supporting documentation.  The Application is available through the "Download Application" link.

As of July 10, 2020, the County has adopted a rolling admissions process for all submissions for Phases I, II, III, IV, V, VI, & VII through December 31, 2021.

The Plymouth County Commissioners and Plymouth County Treasurer are also pleased to note that, as of July 15, 2020, all twenty-seven (27) Plymouth County municipalities have made a submission through the Plymouth County CARES program.  Thank you to all officials and employees of the member towns for your hard work, diligence, and support.
